Mission
The CBA is a membership organization where members contribute dues to collaborate, support one another, foster a secure and inclusive community, and stimulate economic growth in our shared workplace and living area.
Fast Facts
The CBA started in 2013 when a group of business owners started meeting weekly to discuss how to have a voice in the development of their neighborhood.
The CBA has grown to almost 150 members, with an estimated number of businesses in Corktown between 200 and 225.
The CBA is a dues-paying membership organization, which means each member has an equal voice in determining the CBA's goals and decisions for the year.
The CBA uses some of its funds to sponsor events that benefit the community and launch its own annual events such as Corktown Aglow and Spring into Corktown and Corktown Sounds.
