Q: How can I participate as a vendor in the Small Business Straightaway?
A: Applications for the Small Business Straightaway have closed (deadline was April 28). The Small Business Straightaway, led by the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear, opened online applications from April 3, 2024, to April 28, 2024, via press release and worked through the DEGC, MBBA, and city-wide business associations to share the opportunity. Fourteen businesses (two from each district) were selected. There are still vending opportunities through Total Access, who activates the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear.

Q: How can I participate as a food truck?
A: DDP cannot speak to food truck opportunities directly placed in the Detroit Grand Prix event footprint. We encourage businesses with food trucks to apply to DDP’s Downtown Street Eats program via Ask Jennyfer. Contact DDP to learn more.

A: Security checkpoints are established for the concerts in Cadillac Square. Refer to the map for details.
